These poster's diverse designs are based on various aspects of Tarantino's movies such as a wanted poster, a list of killers from his movies, and phrases characters say as they kill someone.
These designs use type and color to convey the ideas behind the text. These posters describe both screenwriting and postmodern design, Screenwriting as a focused activity and postmodern design as something that requires one to think outside of the box.
By combining the unrestrained style of dada with the focused goal of an advertisement I was able to balance each aspect to create something exciting, but purposeful.
Promoting events through sharp lines and expressive text is key to attracting viewer attention.
These prints are designed to be aesthetically pleasing whilst also remaining easy to read and helping guide eye lines through the text.
